Presciber’s Notes: On the left we have a fine slab of American, circa two months ago. In the center we have some Swiss from the supermarket. And on the right, well that’s just velveeta but the tray looked empty without at least three cheeses. Who says you have to be a cheese snob to enjoy this clever serving tray that lets you identify the food. Think of all the other things you could cleverly serve on one of these. Fun!
