I Prescribe: 9 to 5 Tie Cat Collar

Prescriber’s Notes: Kitty works hard for the Cat Chow.  Okay, he probably doesn’t.  Maybe he just sleeps on your head, poops in his litter box, and sharpens his claws on your drapes.  But it’s still cool if he dresses for his Fancy Feast dinner, right?  No jacket required, but a tiny sportcoat with that tie would be too stinkin’ cute- or weird.  Whatever.
