Days pass, how many &#8211; you&#8217;re not sure.  Suddenly you find yourself remembering that you have to cook it so you grab it out of the fridge.  Only, it&#8217;s looking a little grey and you&#8217;re not sure when you took it out of the freezer.  These timers will make sure that never happens again.
